Cancellation Policy
__________CANCELATIONPOLICY____________
48-72hr cancellation notice is required. If no notice is provided a 100% cancellation/no-show fee will be automatically applied to your card on file. If you are suffering from an illness or have a personal emergency please contact me directly about this fee.
______________LATE POLICY________________
If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged a $15 late fee applied to your service. In addition I refuse service to any client who is over 15 minutes late no exceptions and you will not be refunded your deposit. In addition you will be charged 50% of your booked service.
__________BOOKING DEPOSIT______________ A $25 deposit is required upon booking via gloss genius. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled within a 72 hour window, a new deposit of $25 is required. Remaining balances MUST be payed cash the day of your service.
*I DO NOT work over anyone else’s work. Please come “new set” ready meaning completely bare nails* *All fees are non-refundable *Children and guests are not allowed*
____________Rescheduling Fee____________ There will be a $25 rescheduling fee applied to all appoinments that are rescheduled from 48-72 hours prior to appointment. In addition you will have to send another deposit for the following appointment.
